Pay for your package.json

Gratipay wants to help your company pay for open source, comprehensively and effectively. A key part of our approach is to link with package managers. Last month, we added all 400,000+ npm packages to our catalog, and we made it easier for package maintainers to apply to accept payments.

Today we shipped two further improvements:

1. Upload a package.json to discover packages to give to. This helps you maximize the reach and effectiveness of your open source support, by narrowly targeting the long tail of open source you actually use.
2. The 48% of npm package maintainers who maintain more than one package (7% have 10+) can now apply for all those packages at once.
